§ 10-45. Penalty for late payment.

In the event that any license fee due under the provisions of this article shall not be paid by April 15, a penalty in the amount of ten percent of the license fee due shall be added for late filing; provided, however, that such penalty shall not be added if such license fee is not then due and payable.
