§ 10-44. Required.

Latest version.

All persons engaged in any of the various pursuits, businesses and occupations set out in section 10-46, shall before commencing business, and annually thereafter, on or before March 15, secure a license from the town under the procedures set forth in this article, and shall pay at the rate provided by section 10-46 in connection with each pursuit, business or occupation.
