§ 8-66. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Corporate counsel or city attorney, when used in the code adopted by the ordinance from which this article is derived, means the town attorney.

Municipality or city, when used in the code adopted by the ordinance from which this article is derived means the Town of Silver City, New Mexico.
