§ 52-35. Water service connection regulations.

The town shall maintain all service connections in the streets and alleys, or easements, both inside and outside the town limits. The town shall require the property owner or agent thereof to install all service connections. The installations shall be in accordance with town specifications. Service connections installed by the property owner or agent thereof shall also include a pressure-regulating valve where static pressure exceeds 90 pounds per square inch. The town will provide the water meter, box and make all taps on to water mains.
