§ 50-1. New Mexico Uniform Traffic Code adopted by reference.

(a)

The town adopts and incorporates by reference, pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 3-17-6, the New Mexico Uniform Traffic Code, (2010 compilation as amended up through July, 2016), as if fully set forth in this chapter, and as it later may be amended, comprising sections 12-1-1 through 12-13-6 inclusive.

(b)

In accordance with the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act (NMSA 1978, § 14-2-1 et seq.), a request to inspect the code referenced in subsection (a) of this section may be submitted to the town clerk. A reproduction of the code shall be available upon request and payment of a reasonable charge.
