§ 2-22. General election date.

Pursuant to the town's Charter, the general election for the purpose of electing town officers and to consider any other question placed on the ballot by the council shall be held on the first Tuesday in March of each year, under such regulations and in the manner provided for the conduct of municipal elections by the state legislature, except as otherwise provided in this Code.
