§ 28-1. Jurisdiction; powers.

The municipal court shall have jurisdiction over all offenses and complaints under the ordinances of the town and may issue subpoenas and warrants and punish for contempt of court. The municipal court shall also have jurisdiction over other matters as may be authorized pursuant to state law.
