§ 10-197. Licensee to keep purchased goods in possession at least 48 hours.

No pawnbroker, junk dealer or secondhand dealer shall sell or remove from his place of business any secondhand goods or articles other than furniture and household goods purchased by him until the same shall have been in his possession at least 48 hours.
