§ 10-47. Application.

  • (a)

    Required; contents. It shall be the duty of all persons prior to engaging in any business described in section 10-46, to obtain an application therefor, from the town clerk, which application shall contain information concerning:

    (1)

    The name of the person undertaking the business;

    (2)

    A complete address, both in the town and elsewhere, of such person;

    (3)

    A description of the nature of the business to be conducted; and

    (4)

    Compliance with all other town ordinances.

    (b)

    No false statements. The application shall also comply with section 10-51.

    (c)

    Returned with fees. The application shall be returned with all the information and payment of the fee imposed in section 10-46.
